"With good information
substances can be enjoyed
more safely!"
TOM
> EFFECTS after approx. 10-30 min (oral) or 5-15 min (nasal) and lasts approx. 3-5 h (oral) or 1-4 h (nasal).
This information is in no way to be understood as consumption recommendations. Tolerance and effect always depend on the substance, set and setting.
DETECTABILTY
In urine up to 3 days.
SIDE EFFECTS
SPECIAL RISKS WITH
High blood pressure, circulatory/heart problems, hyperthyroidism, liver/kidney disease, asthma, epilepsy, boosted HIV therapy.
Caution: The neurotoxicity of cathinones can increase with increased body temperature! Drink enough and take breaks!
POSSIBLE COMPLICATIONS
Lung damage, seizures, circulatory disorders (blue discoloration of lips, elbows and knees), heart problems; concentration/perception disorders, anxiety, paranoia, hallucinations.
AFTERMATH
Irritability, depressive moods, fatigue, tiredness, lack of concentration possible. May last for several days.
POSSIBLE LONG-TERM CONSEQUENCES
(Short-term) memory disorders, physical emaciation, concentration/sleep disorders, damage to the gastric mucosa, heart, kidneys, liver, circulatory disorders. Tolerance development and psychological dependence.
Follow safer sniffing rules! Find out as much as you can about your substance, use drugchecking. For new substances, test the smallest possible amount and observe what happens. If you re-dose, wait at least 2 hours before doing so. There is no safe dose - in general and especially when using for the first time, dose much lower!
Enjoy the wearing off of the effect: what goes up, must come down. Drink an appropriate amount of water (approx. 0.5 liters per hour), not excessively, but in small sips. Avoid alcohol. Be very careful with mixed consumption, especially with other stimulants, opiates, nitrous oxide or alcohol. Find out about interactions with medication before consumption.
Take regular breaks, avoid overheating, cool down (but don't overcool: risk of catching a cold). Rest well and get plenty of sleep, wait several weeks before the next consumption.
If you feel persistently unwell, have increasing cramps or overheating: get medical help immediately (112)!
