"SAFE AS SAFE CAN"
FLORENTINE
Wash, if possible disinfect and plaster on it, because viruses can easily penetrate here.
Viruses survive for some time pretty much everywhere: on surfaces (smartphone, credit cards, keys, documents), packaging (tobacco, cigarettes, sachets, leaflets), on clothing and on everything that is touched with the hands, such as money, doorknobs, toilet lids, washing taps, etc.. Proper hand washing and drying helps here. Also before and after consumption.
When in contact with others, observe basic hygiene rules: Wear a respirator if possible, keep your distance, sneeze and cough in the crook of your arm, ventilate regularly, clean/disinfect. And go home immediately if you notice symptoms!
During sex, you can significantly reduce the exchange of body fluids by using condoms and licking cloths - but they do not protect against smear infections! Lubricant makes you much less susceptible to micro-injuries and thus also protects against infection with some viruses.
Be there for others, check if everything is OK, bring sunshine into life, share hope and beautiful stories - by phone and virtually it works too! Help those who need it most! #wereallinthistogether
Of course, no drinking bottles and glasses, no smoking tubes, but also no joints, (e)cigarettes, pipes, bongs, etc. It should also be taboo for everyone to dip their finger in the powder. Because everywhere where body fluids are exchanged, especially many viruses are transmitted. If you are dependent on sharing e.g. mouthpieces, boil the necessary utensils or disinfect them very thoroughly. If possible, repackage the substance you have received from someone else in a clean package of your own and wash your hands thoroughly afterwards. Illegal drugs are often carried directly on the body and sometimes in the mouth to hide them.
Wash your hands thoroughly before and after preparation, if possible use additional disinfectant. Clean the used surface before and after use with disinfectant wipe, at least 70% alcohol or bleach. Avoid touching your face while consuming.
Clean your lips and nose before and after consumption. This protects them from dehydration, which makes them more susceptible to small injuries that allow viruses to enter the bloodstream more easily. Rinse your nose with slightly salty or clear water, then use nasal oil or cream.
Find out what you can and must do if you or someone else gets sick. If you are on prescription medication, go to the doctor ahead of time and get care.
Find out how you can use the substances of your choice even more safely and what you should pay particular attention to, e.g. in the DrugScouts' drug lexicon. And how you can help others in need, for example by putting them in a recovery position or performing cardiac massage in an emergency.
