First Aid Party Drugs:
⫸ HOL YOU HELP! It is usually easier with two or three people! If in doubt, always call 112.
⫸Offer drinking water. Have them drink in small sips.
⫸Offer help by asking what the person needs.
⫸Provide a safe environment and cooling or warmth.
⫸See that the person gets home safely.
⫸ Address the person and check vital signs: Is the person breathing? If necessary, provide stimuli.
⫸ Wet face lightly with water or place a wet cloth on the back of the neck.
⫸ If the person is responsive again: See above.
⫸ Check vital functions:
⫸ Is the person breathing?
⫸ Is the person reacting to (pain) stimuli?
⫸ No breathing/no reaction to (pain) stimuli: 112! (possible cardiac/respiratory arrest).
⫸ Start resuscitation measures immediately:
⫸ Clean mouth of food debris.
⫸ Perform cardiac massage until professional help arrives. To do this, place the person on a firm surface. Alternate between two people. Only perform ventilation if you have practiced it beforehand.
CRAMP ACCIDENT
Observe personal protection!
Protect person from further injury, if possible place something soft under the head.
NEVER put anything in the mouth!
After the seizure, place the person in the recovery position.
Always seek medical help. Person should be examined and, if necessary, remain under observation in hospital.
Overheating / dehydration
Warning signs: dizziness, fainting, headache and fatigue.
Move person to a quiet, cool place.
Make the person feel calm.
Encourage drinking of water. No alcohol or caffeine
Offer vitamin C, magnesium and glucose or sugary drinks.
⫸ Signs: Paleness, wet skin and rapid pulse.
⫸ Place person in shock position: lie flat on the floor with back, legs slightly elevated.
⫸ Offer something to cover
⫸ Reassure person. Do not offer stimulants
⫸ Pass glucose and water or sugary drinks.
*A challenging noise experience is not automatically bad.
*Every trip passes.
⫸ Take a breath. If you’re calm, this will reflect onto the other person.
⫸ Protect the person, accompany them to a safe space. Send away disruptive people, involve helpful/supportive friends.
⫸ Act mindfully. Listen. Give the person time.
⫸ Check for physical discomfort, call emergency services if necessary.
⫸ Consciously breathe together: slowly and calmly in and out.
⫸ Check basic needs: air, warm/cold, rest, food/drink, toilet.
⫸ Offer what might do well: Cozy corner, tasty drink, etc.
⫸ Do not encroach. Never touch without consent. If desired, a hug can be helpful.
⫸ Get the support you need - trip sitting can be exhausting. Don't work alone. Give yourself breaks.
⫸ Always give the person an offer of further help before parting ways.
⫸ Create a comfortable atmosphere. Offer the person what is good for feeling comfortable, e.g., a cozy corner, warm, dimmed light, etc.
⫸ Conscious breathing can do good: Breathe out and in together, slowly and calmly.
⫸ Never apply touch without being asked! If desired, on the other hand, a hand on the shoulder or a hug, for example, can be very helpful and healing.
⫸ Always separate with an agreement on how to proceed and, if necessary, a further offer.

WHO is calling?
WHERE did it happen? Give exact location, send other person outside to brief RTW.
WHAT happened?
- Describe symptoms accurately (e.g., person is convulsing, unconscious, pale, having trouble breathing), do not make diagnoses (e.g., "person is having epileptic seizure") - this could prove to be incorrect.
- On the phone do not establish a connection to drug use drug use! The emergency services are prepared in any case! If the word "drugs" is mentioned on the phone, the police often come along, but that doesn't help anyone.
