SONAR BERLIN bietet Schulungen zur Förderung der Gesundheits- und Drogenkompetenz für Betreiber*innen und Personal aus dem Veranstaltungs- und Partybereich. Dabei greifen wir auf die Module des modulares Fortbildungskonzepts BEST Clubbing zurück.

Unsere Schulungen

• richten sich an Betreiber*innen, Veranstalter*innen, Crews und sämtliches Personal im Nachtleben (Night Management, Bar, Tür, Gästebetreuung etc.)
• vermitteln Euch Basis- und Spezialwissen zu den verschiedenen Themenkomplexen
• erfolgen nach einem Assessment-Termin mit Euch in gemeinsamer Planung
• werden mit ausgewählten Expert*innen zu den jeweiligen Themenkomplexen durchgeführt
• sind sinnvollerweise auf max. 40 Personen begrenzt
• finden gerne bei Euch im Club statt und dauern in der Regel 3 bis 4 Stunden

Für die Schulungs-Organisation braucht es von Euch als Veranstalter*innen

• Interesse an der Gesundheit Eurer Crew und Eurer Gäste
• Vorplanung und Absprache mit uns
• einen Assessment-Termin mit uns (ca. 1 Std.), möglichst mit 2-3 Leuten von Euch
• einen festen Termin, zu der Eure Crew von Euch eingeladen wird
• (nach Absprache) eine Flipchart und eine Projektionsfläche

SONAR BERLIN offers a complex training program to improve the health and drug competence of management and stuff working in nightlife and party business. We operate with the modular training concept of BEST Clubbing.

Our trainings

• are designed for management, promoters, crews and all kind of staff working within the nightlife (f.e. night management, bar, entrance, guest management etc.)
• convey basic as well as special knowledge of different topics and themes
• are the follow-up of an assessment with you for common planning
• are held by selected experts for the specific modules and themes
• are limited to a maximum number of 40 participants
• take place preferrable in your club and take 3 to 4 hours time.

For the best possible planning of the trainings we are dependent on

• interest in health issues of your staff and guests
• common agreements and reliable planning
• an assessment-date (est. 1 hour) with (if possible) 2-3 of your crew members
• a fixed date on which your crew will be invited by you
• (sometimes) a whiteboard and projection space

2. substances and health competence in guest management
3. mixed consumption and health competence at the bar
4. first aid, infection protection and occupational safety
5. consumption competence (within the team)
6. (new) psychoactive substances
7. chemsex
